C) Information from third parties
We may receive information from third parties needed to operate the Apps, such as Apple (App Store / In-App Purchases) and other service providers (e.g., analytics, crash reporting, advertising, attribution, subscription management).
3) How we use information
We use information for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate the Apps and their features.
- To improve the Apps, fix bugs, and optimize performance and user experience.

6) AI services (Google Gemini) – what we send, who receives it, and your permission
A) Who the data is sent to
When you use AI-powered translation or text generation features, we send necessary data to Google Gemini, a service provided by Google LLC (“Google”).
B) What data is sent
The data sent to Google Gemini may include:
- The text you enter for translation or processing (this may include personal data if you type it).
- Language selections (source language and target language).
- Feature context needed to fulfill the request (e.g., tone/format options, if you select them).
C) Why we send it (purpose)
- To generate a translation or other AI output requested by you.
- To return results inside the App.
D) Your permission / consent
We obtain your permission before sending user-entered text to Google Gemini. The App presents an in-app notice/consent screen the first time you use online AI features (and again if required). If you do not consent, the App will not send your text to Google Gemini, and online AI features will be unavailable.
E) Storage & retention of your text
By default, we do not store your translation text on our own servers as a persistent log. The text is transmitted to generate the requested output and returned to you in the App. We may process limited technical logs (e.g., request success/failure, timestamps, error codes) for security and troubleshooting, but we aim to minimize content logging.
7) Advertising
Some of our Apps may display ads. Advertising partners may collect device identifiers and usage data to deliver, measure, and improve ads. Where required by law (including in certain regions), we will request consent before using identifiers for personalized advertising.
You can manage ad tracking and consent choices through your device settings (including Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, where applicable) and any in-app consent screens we may provide.
8) In-App Purchases and subscriptions
If an App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive purchase status and transaction/subscription signals necessary to unlock features, validate access, provide support, and comply with accounting and fraud-prevention needs.
9) Device permissions
Depending on the App and features you use, the Apps may request access to certain device capabilities. You can grant or deny permissions in your device settings. Examples (only used when relevant to a feature):
- Camera (e.g., capture/scanning features).
- Photos/Media (e.g., selecting files/content).
- Microphone (e.g., voice features).
- Notifications (e.g., reminders or updates).
10) International data transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (for example, contractual protections).
