This Privacy Policy explains how Royo Games (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use any of our mobile applications (the “Apps”).

By using our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

Important notice about AI features: Some Apps (including translation features) may send user-provided text to a third-party AI service (Google Gemini) to generate results. See Section 6 for details.

Third-party services & SDKs: Our Apps may include third-party services/SDKs. Depending on the App and version, these may include:

  • Google Gemini (Google LLC) – AI text processing for translation/generation features (see Section 6).
  • Apple (App Store, In-App Purchases) – purchase processing.
  • Analytics (e.g., Firebase Analytics or similar, may vary by App/version).
  • Crash reporting (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics or similar, may vary by App/version).
  • Attribution / measurement (e.g., Adjust or similar, may vary by App/version).
  • Subscription management (e.g., Adapty or similar, may vary by App/version).
  • Advertising networks (only in Apps that show ads, may vary by App/version).

Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy. We configure providers to the extent possible to minimize data and use it only for the purposes described in this policy.

6) AI services (Google Gemini) – what we send, who receives it, and your permission

A) Who the data is sent to

When you use AI-powered translation or text generation features, we send necessary data to Google Gemini, a service provided by Google LLC (“Google”).

We do not require you to enter personal data. Please avoid entering sensitive information (e.g., health data, passwords, financial account numbers) into text fields.

We obtain your permission before sending user-entered text to Google Gemini. The App presents an in-app notice/consent screen the first time you use online AI features (and again if required). If you do not consent, the App will not send your text to Google Gemini, and online AI features will be unavailable.

E) Storage & retention of your text

By default, we do not store your translation text on our own servers as a persistent log. The text is transmitted to generate the requested output and returned to you in the App. We may process limited technical logs (e.g., request success/failure, timestamps, error codes) for security and troubleshooting, but we aim to minimize content logging.

Google may process data according to its own terms and privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Google’s policies for Gemini services.

7) Advertising

Some of our Apps may display ads. Advertising partners may collect device identifiers and usage data to deliver, measure, and improve ads. Where required by law (including in certain regions), we will request consent before using identifiers for personalized advertising.

You can manage ad tracking and consent choices through your device settings (including Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, where applicable) and any in-app consent screens we may provide.

8) In-App Purchases and subscriptions

If an App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive purchase status and transaction/subscription signals necessary to unlock features, validate access, provide support, and comply with accounting and fraud-prevention needs.

Depending on the App and features you use, the Apps may request access to certain device capabilities. You can grant or deny permissions in your device settings. Examples (only used when relevant to a feature):

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (for example, contractual protections).

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under applicable state privacy laws. Some advertising/analytics practices may be considered “sharing” under certain laws. You can limit ad tracking via your device settings and any in-app consent choices.

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Apps after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
